Hayden Koh is a Malaysian researcher and an emerging voice in the field of mental health, child
development, health psychology, and sleep. With a strong foundation in psychological science
— holding a BA in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Neuroscience — Hayden is
currently pursuing his Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy to deepen his clinical practice
and expand his impact

where he explores topics such as mindset, emotional reasoning, and cognitive clarity. His
upcoming book, The Real-Truth Theory, introduces a practical framework for identifying and
breaking free from common mental distortions (which he called "FACEM") like Filtering, All-or-
Nothing, Catastrophizing, Emotional Reasoning, and Mind Reading—empowering readers to
see life more clearly and act with greater intention
